As Co-Founder and resident “Head B*!ch in Charge” — as her desk placard proudly declares — Sally is the driving force behind TMC’s creative vision and culture. Obsessed with what’s new and next, she loves helping brands get there first, bringing big energy, bold thinking and no shortage of ideas to every brainstorm.

Sally is happiest travelling and exploring new places, hunting down the latest restaurants and wine bars, shopping for vintage and new fashion, furniture and trinkets, or adding to her ever-growing art collection. When she isn’t doing any of that, you’ll find her enjoying some well-earned downtime with family and friends.

Chrissy keeps the business — and everyone in it — running like a well-oiled machine. As TMC’s resident Budget Queen, she leads the financial side of the agency, from invoicing and operations to the all-important “wait, have we actually billed for that?” conversations. She’s also the team’s go-to for turning any unruly document or spreadsheet into something beautifully organised and client-ready.

Outside of work, Chrissy is usually at the gym, cheering on her two boys from the sidelines of a rugby field or enjoying a Roosters game with them. She loves discovering great restaurants and hosting friends at home, where she’ll happily cook for hours. Her organisational skills extend well beyond the office too — her pantry is alphabetised and her linen cupboard could give Marie Kondo a run for her money.

Persephone leads TMC's strategic direction, commercial performance, operational excellence and long-term growth. With more than 20 years' experience working with some of the world's leading communications agencies, she has helped shape globally recognised beauty, fashion, wellness and lifestyle brands across London before relocating to Sydney in 2025.

Outside of TMC, you'll usually find Persephone walking her miniature dachshund, Alf, along Bondi Beach, chasing a new PB in the gym or working her way through Sydney's best restaurants, brands and experiences. She believes the best ideas come from experiencing culture, not just reading about it.

Montanna brings together media, influencers, events and partnerships to create beauty and lifestyle campaigns that get people talking. A true beauty lover and natural relationship-builder, she thrives on connecting brands with the right people and finding creative ways to bring ideas to life. With a decade of PR experience, she knows the Australian media and creator landscape inside out.

A long lunch, a full day at the beach, a Roosters game and a passport that gets plenty of use is pretty close to Montanna’s ideal life. She is also TMC’s resident pop-culture bible, always across the latest celebrity news, reality television drama and Taylor Swift lore.

Rose brings equal parts strategy, creativity and momentum to her role as Account Manager. Working across fashion and lifestyle, she leads the day-to-day delivery of integrated campaigns spanning media relations, influencer partnerships, events and major brand moments. With a sharp eye for detail and a finger firmly on the cultural pulse, Rose keeps clients, campaigns and teams moving while making sure every idea has genuine impact.

Rose is a dedicated gym-goer with an impressive 220kg hip-thrust PB. A former dancer, she now shares her experience as a dance teacher — usually while sporting a rotation of ASICS that would make any sneakerhead jealous. Come finals season, you’ll find her proudly decked out in Panthers colours and unwilling to hear a word against them.

Carissa specialises in creating integrated PR and influencer campaigns for beauty and lifestyle brands. From shaping campaign strategy and creative concepts to building media and talent relationships, she is always looking for fresh ways to tell a brand’s story, earn meaningful attention and place clients at the centre of relevant cultural conversations.

Carissa’s biggest passion is fashion design, earning her the title of TMC’s in-house tailor — she’s even wearing one of her own designs in her team photo. When she isn’t at the sewing machine, she loves escaping to sunnier climates, preferably a Greek island, chasing a beautiful sunset or fitting in a Pilates class. She is also always searching for her next thrill, with skydiving currently holding the top spot.

Working across beauty, fashion and lifestyle, Paris is TMC’s ultimate all-rounder and the link between big ideas and brilliant execution. You might find her firing off emails, meticulously working through a spreadsheet or contributing a brilliantly unexpected idea to a brainstorm — but you’ll rarely find her sitting still. Originally from Brisbane, Paris brought five years of luxury skincare experience and a love of fast-paced agency life with her to Sydney.

Paris spends her spare time turning her home into a French bistro and convincing friends to eat gluten-free food, buying books she may or may not finish, researching niche topics and annihilating the competition at pub trivia. She also collects an unreasonable number of beauty products and writes highly detailed, entirely unsolicited critiques of restaurants she realistically cannot afford to frequent.

Paris supports TMC’s fashion team across the day-to-day delivery of client accounts. Having first joined the agency as an intern, she has grown into an integral member of the team, working across influencer relations, product seeding, media outreach, reporting and events. Organised, energetic and always across the latest trends, Paris brings a fresh perspective and a genuine love of fashion to everything she does.

Outside of TMC, Paris is rarely standing still. As a Reformer Pilates instructor, she loves starting her day with a class or a long morning walk — almost always followed by coffee. A self-confessed foodie, she is constantly discovering Sydney’s newest restaurants and cafés and adding more places to her ever-growing list.

Holly supports TMC’s beauty accounts across media relations, influencer communications, product seeding, events and launches. With a creative mindset, a strong eye for detail and a can-do attitude, she loves identifying opportunities, building relationships and helping bring campaigns to life. Her natural understanding of the beauty, fashion and media landscape means she is always ready with a fresh reference, idea or recommendation.

Outside of TMC, Holly is usually by the beach, spending time with friends or trying the latest café, restaurant or bar around Sydney’s Northern Beaches. She loves travelling and discovering new places, whether overseas or closer to home, and makes the most of Sydney’s coastal lifestyle whenever she can.
